1. UNITY was acknowledged through the Shafter Newspaper in March 2012 for a very successful 2012 season.

2. I had Cecil Avenue Math & Science Academy POWER program collaborat with Delano High School Key Club to raise money for UNICEF. My students painted Christmas ornaments with the Key Club members. It was published in January 15, 2015 through 'The Delano Record.'

 

I've been in the paper many times for theater, baton, color guard,parades, and community service projects. Perhaps the most impressive is in college when I had a whole article written about my senior art exhibit, and they actually use the photo I provided. Good times, Good times.

Was at a convention and my hair was green. My friends had also colored their hair. It was also an interview. So a bit exciting.

Was a bad experience. Maybe should update this to be in the newspaper for something good.

Our town has an annual Christmas festival. One activity was using a crosscut saw, and we would take our pieces to the blacksmith to get "Canada 150" burned into the wood. In this photo, a young girl and I are working together to cut pieces of wood. 

It was a local hindi daily for getting a high rank in an engineering entrance exam. Though the journalist came after receiving a phone call from home, i guess it counts nevertheless.

I won a big prize in my school raffle

 

I was in the newspaper a few times for school activites such as netball and when I got my matric results haha.

 

I was really little and me and my brother were carrying an umbrella after this big rain drought (I really forget why) and this news reporter cam up and asked to take a picture of us because he needed to get a picture of someone in the big rain downfall (it was really bad) but he couldn't becuase he couldn't catch anyone or make them pose or take their picture. So he took a picture of me and my brother and we got to be on the front page of our local newspaper.
