Why do we always feel sad seeing the rain? Go outsite, feel the fresh water slowly falling in your hair, on your face ..enjoy!
we were camping with a couple of friends and suddenly it started raining and we thought it was a fantastic oppertunity to dance in the rain, so we did. Eventually it ended in a waterfight :)
It was past midnight & it started pouring outside. I woke my friend up and we took off. We spend almost all our lives sheltering from the rain so we don't get wet, so our make up doesn't get washed off, so our hair would still be perfect. Its nice to just let go, to stop running for shelter, to simply embrace it.

One of the most fantastic feelings ever! Dancing in an open field in the rain to brilliant music.
Would like to do this more.
It's a very freeing thing to stand deliberately in the rain while others duck and dive for cover.
It brings you closer to nature - like visiting the beach on a really stormy day.
don't remember dates. one was in summer 2000 I think at an amusement park where the rides were temporarily closed due to the rain and I was bored, another was with Alicia in her moms yard, I think that was 2003.... maybe 2002...

So many people run to get out of the rain, but you havent really lived until you drop everything and enjoy a dance in the rain.
wearing super-cool rainboots, of course. :)
Did this twice. In the summer of 2010 and 2011. It is lovely and so energetic!
