Wonderful day trip in Shenandoah National Park. Took my first hike to a waterfall and took wonderful pictures of the mountains and fall foliage.  Absolutely beautiful

It was an eye opening experience and have actually made me mentally stronger when it comes to pushing forward with my fitness goals. I am very lazy and love to eat, but i also exercise a lot.

But hiking outdoors in the hills its a totally different experience from going to the gym. If you're tired in the gym, you can stop the machine and shower straight away. But when you are hiking, even if you are exhausted to the bone, you have to move else you will be left behind. After that experience my approach to diet and fitness is totally different.

I am more stronger mentally and believe i have the discipline to push forward. It also gave me a certain confidence i didn't have before.

Amazing experience. Will definitely do it every week now.

Went to Devil's lake in Wisconsin. Got to hike a couple hundred feet of trail to the top. The climb was by a lake so the top had an awesome full view of the lake. The climb was worth it because of the view once you reach the top. It was almost like the grand canyon.
