Surfing was one of the most enjoyable experiences ever! The Atlantic Ocean was warm and the instructors were great. To top it off, it was 22/12/13, so just before Christmas: 23oC is certainly better than at home! I now hope to go surfing again so that I can master this exhilarating sport!

It was in Portugal and I had surfing lessons. I enjoyed it a lot even though it was quite frustrating. It was at Pine Cliffs Resort

Went  in Hawaii. It was terrifying because I'm not a good swimmer but SO worth it. I did really well for my first time and managed to ride a few waves. I only wish I had a video of it.

My first time was when I went surfing on a school camp. The water was well below freezing and our supervisor had obviously never seen the sea before. It was a great experience and I would love to continue doing it more.

I've taken surfing lessons in Newquay 5 years back and didn't surf much as I'm not staying near the beach.

I'm currently picking up surfing again since the beach is just at my backyard. I still have a month left and back to city life again.

During our family vacation in Hawaii, me, my brother, and his girlfriend rented surfboards and tried one day on our own. Finally we realized it was exhausting and much more difficult than it looks (although i got up on the first day) ;) the next day week took lessons and spend the rest of the trip catching waves (and working about every muscle in our bodies) one day we got some help from a local and sharpened our skills. although this item has been moved to the completed list i will absolutely contiue to work on this :D

I've always wanted to try surfing but I never expected I'd get to do it properly as its quite expensive. But I went on an air cadet summer camp this year (2012) and got to give it a go.

Did it on a school tour in 5th class
