I use to weigh 170 pounds back in 2012. Even though that doesn't seem like a lot to some people I am only 5'1 so to me I was really overweight and unhappy with my body. I absolutely HATE going to the GYM (waste of money!) so I lost weight and toned up all in nature! By hiking several miles a day, to swimming and rock climbing and eating more fruits and veggies I lost 60 pounds! My stomach may not be flat to some...but to me it is. =) Now that my boyfriend and I are nomads and living in nature I want to tone up my entire body and get in the best shape of my life. You only have one body....take care of it!
