Success Stories
I wrote on a piece of paper then attached on the first inside page of a book that I borrowed from the library :
"To destroy a culture
You do not have to burn books
Just do not call them people. . .
Author: Ray Bradbury"
I left a note in one of the "Lord of The Rings" books.
When I went to high school I read them all, it took me 3 years, because I found them SO boring and they just went on and on telling me things I found unnecessary in relation to the story.
I wrote: "It took me 1,5 years to read this book, because I found it boring. But I did it because it's one of thoses books you just have to read. And now I can say that I did it".
It was kind of a lame thing to write, but I had some time to kill, so I went to the library to read, and remembered this goal.
The book is "Close Encounters of the Third Kind - A novel by Stephen Spielberg." It's the novelization of the movie and one of my favorite science fiction books ever. The note reads:
"Hi there! We probably have never met, but you obviously have great taste in books and that makes you absolutely awesome! Have a great day!
Sincerely,
A guy who likes this book"
I hope it brightens somebody's day just a bit.
I put a note in the last book of The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare. 'City of Heavnley fire". I think i just thought that the book deserved so many people to read it and by putting a note in the last book it would totally help them read the series. Should of put a note in the first book... Oh well, it was fun. Really good series btw "The Mortal Instruments"
I left four at my local library: 2 long ones, a silly one, and one that just said, "You are beautiful." All of them I left my profile for Bucketlist on, so if you found a note from golden_lily in Ohio, leave me a comment. Because I meant everything I wrote. <3

Choosing which book was the hard bit!!! hahaha
I left a note in one of the Silver Ravenwolf books at the library notifying the reader of the extreme garbage they would find inside the text. All of her books are made up hocus pocus that con artists sell and I wanted to be able to note this to whatever idiot decided to actually believe any of it.
