Whilst working in Bali I would often just want to go and relax and get away from my resort, so I found this awesome infinity pool at one of the 5 star resorts in Jimbaran Bay. It sat high on the cliff top and you could swim and look out over the ocean. It was nice to swim and just relax before going back to the crazy party resort I worked on.

The first time i went, it was truly amazing and totally exciting! The feeling of being on the edge of a tall building is indeed great but even better when you're dipped in the pool!!

I finally managed to swim in an infinity pool while I was on holiday in Cape Verde since they had one within the resort which had not long been built. It looks amazing but as soon as anyone starts swimming in the pool it just makes it look pretty much like any other regular pool. It was nice being able to look over the edge at the beach though and to finally experience being in one.

I like that some of my bucketlist points are done accidentally. Like this one. I have not expected to fulfill this these days, it just came out of the blue. So I could swim in an infinite pool. The spot is gorgeous, the pool is above the ocean at Las Rocas hotel in Rosarito, Baha California, Mexico . I also found a new friend, the pink Flamingo.
