i do this a lot when we go to my hometown XD
my eyes thank me, too bad it's like three-times a year thing lol
No Facebook, extra TV, music, or phone. It was hard at first, but what I learned was that it's far better for me to not watch any TV during the day - I get alot more done, including the things I truly want to be doing, and I eat better. I also deactivated my Facebook entirely, just have one now for buying and selling & following raw food community.
Waking Life 2019
Not as hard as it looks.. Just work on a boat for 15 hours a day, 5 days a week. No time for technoligy!
I was on a sailing trip and ended up stuck in Crinan for four days. There was no signal or tv. Great laugh ended up going on random hikes, getting lost and making friends with the local highland cows :)

I closed my Facebook account for 2 weeks. An awesome experience of freedom!
It was more like 72 hours.
I went to Lake Tahoe, and there was no signal for my phone! I didn't have a laptop with me either! Therefore, I was unplugged for 48 hours+!
And it will be done many, many times more ...
Cancun, MEX.
I think everyone should try this, just to see how much time we actually waste with the "new technology".
Unplugged for 8 days consecutively.
In Tofino, aw yeah!
It was difficult because, without the technology, we couldn't contact each other... so it kind of failed. But probably something we should all do once a week. Environment and stuff.
I didnt unplug on purpose. My parents took away my phone.
Easy.
