I have worked at a cookie shop for a little under a year now as the year will be at the end of this month. Anyways we make all our own cookie dough and frosting as well as baking, frosting and/or decorating if necessary as well as packaging them to be sold.
As a result a team member doesn't stay in one particular spot while you can be making dough one day, up front with the customers or baking. What I love about this job is that you can touch a cookie almost basically on its whole trip if things align right.
Anyway we do sell cookies cakes starting 12-in and going up to 16-in while they can come in any flavor that we have at the store. Yesterday was one of my baking days and this particular 16-in cookie that I patted out and baked was for a 4:00 pm order.
