I just turned 55 a few months ago, and I am approximately 35 pounds overweight. It's my goal to get down to 137 pounds by my next birthday. I have lost 6 pounds so far, and have about 30 more pounds to go. I have started hiking, doing cardio, and lifting weights. My goal is to transform myself in the next 8 months. This was a picture from last year, but it gives you a good idea of what I weigh. I am basically the same weight as then. So, in the next few months, I will post updates until I check this one off!
