Never tried my hand in cooking before. Fortunately my mom was with me to help. 1. Cut half kg lady fingers (for 5-6 people) 2. Put 2 big tblspoon mustard oil in a pan and cook it until smoke comes out. 3. Then cut 1 onion and 4-5 green chillies and put it in the oil. 4. Now put half spoon carom seeds ( Azwaiyin) 5. After that put ladyfingers in the pan. 6. Add 1 spoon white salt, half spoon red chilly, half spoon coriander and half spoon fennel seeds ( saunf) 7. Cover it for 10-15 minutes. Keep on stirring it in between. The dish would be ready when the lady fingers is soft. 8. Just before the dish is ready put 1 lemon in it. Serve it with hot Indian Chapati.
