Day 1: Yes! The start is done!
Day 2: It's not as hard as I thought it would be... actually it's not hard at all. It's amazingly pleasant both mentally and physically. I noticed that I started to feel myself calm and kind of sturdy. I stand firm on my legs.
The breathe is concious and it calms down.
My back does not hurt - it appeared I've been holding it in a wrong way all 40 previous years of my life. Amazing to finally know it!
