Tea is one nutritional drink which has virtually no calories until sugar and/or dairy are added. It can be probably the most eaten beverage on a level with water and may thus easily be used instead to other more fattening drinks.

Although originating from China, the seed that many Chinese teas are manufactured from is currently being grown in around 30 places with the key producers being China, Taiwan, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Indonesia, and India.

While you can find four key kinds of teas particularly the white, green, Oolong, and dark tea, they're all nevertheless derived from the same Camellia sinensis plant.

However, the word "green tea extract" has been used to synonymously reference nearly all Chinese teas despite their varied classification notwithstanding they originate from exactly the same place source. So just why it's frequent for most people to send to many weight reduction teas as just being green tea extract, it's but important to recognize that their different classifications have a great deal to claim about the actual nature and attributes of all these teas.

The differences between these four tea forms could be considered a purpose of the different control procedures which mostly has related to the amount of time the tea leaves are allowed to "ferment" or "oxidize ".This is therefore because even though that the basic processing concepts remain exactly the same globally, just how of managing and running the sprouts and leaves of the plant after harvesting differs from country to country.

White  This is often considered many softly and least processed tea in the world. It is manufactured out of leaves which can be picked before they're fully open, when the sprouts are still covered with great, bright hairs which provide it the white look.

It is essentially created from small leaves that are not fermented at all since they are simply harvested, cleaned, dried and packaged. It generally does not have the grassy taste of green tea extract but includes a somewhat slight flavor and natural sweetness.
