Ok, it was great to knock this one off because I failed sooooo many times last year. But honestly, I had to take some time off after cause my body really hurt. My back was tight AF. I completed this in January 2018, and now it's March, and shockingly I just stopped and didn't restart. I need to find different youtube videos. I used Fightmaster Yoga on Youtube. But am currently looking for something less intense. More because a half hour doesn't fit into my schedule. But I'll get back into it soon. I did feel happier. I just need to ease into it.
