I am not a morning person but with the stress of exam revision yoga and meditation at 5.30am and sometimes 6.00am during the week did wonders to clear my head, keep me healthy and breathe. As a result I got all As and A* in my GCSEs so I believe that the early morning yoga worked wonders. I will do this again especially to combat insomnia and I'd love to do this on holiday on a beach like the picture rather than the rainy UK.
