I joined a pilates class with my mum and her friends. I am the youngest one there but that doesn't make pilates much easier. The day after my first session I really felt my muscles ache but as I do it more frequently it's hurting less. Since I lost 14kg it's time that I toned my stomach muscles as well as just doing cardio. I really enjoy these classes so everytime I go home I'll participate once or twice a week. I would like to incorporate pilates into my weekly at home exercise in the future.
