Have just come back from staying at the Meeru Island Resort in the North Male Atoll for our honeymoon. It was absolutely amazing!

The island was stunning with white sand, clear blue ocean and palm trees.

We stayed in a beautiful beach villa which had an amazing view of the beach and Indian ocean.

We had an outside shower and in the evening fruit bats would fly overhead. As well as seeing lizards, geckos, crabs, reef sharks, sting rays and tons of beautiful colourful fish

I could go on and on about the Maldives but I fear that this would turn into an essay so just one word to sum it all up.... paradise!
