Spent a week in Colorado over the week of thanksgiving. We were unsure if we were going to be able to ski at all because this time of year is hit or miss for the mountains. So, we rented a Toyota Carolla with plans of being able to drive around a bit and see the state. We got in Friday, it started snowing Saturday and didn't stop until Wednesday night. Needless to say, we did not do much driving. But it turned out we had all the snow we needed for winter activities. So we skied Breckenridge resort. At a cool $94 a day, it ain't cheap. But the fresh powder made it well worth it. Here are a few GoPro shots. The first from a run that was opened as I was skiing passed so I got to be the first one down. Powder up to your thighs - certainly don't see that in the East!
