I've been meaning to buckle down and tackle my chronic insomnia. Once I'm done with my housing mess (I'm short selling my house, blah blah blah), the stressors in my life with be gone and hopefully I can finally relax and SLEEP again!
My insomnia kicked in around the time my house stuff did, so I think it's related. I'm hoping it will fix itself, but if not, I plan to try a very strict combiantion of meditation, positive thinking, cognitive behavioral therapy and clean diet.
If that doesn't work, I don't know WHAT I'll do!
