The company I work for was celebrating its 75th Anniversary so every branch donated trees to their own local area. Partners also got the opportunity to go help plant some of them - and this is what I did.
Our trees were donated to Haysden Country Park in Tonbridge which is a park I've always loved since I was child.
It was a cloudy/windy day being February but once you get planting trees you soon warm up!
I absolutely loved doing it and knowing I was helping the environment as well as improving the park for the public was a great feeling.

I was away from work for a few weeks and then came back to find that our tree planting had been written about in the company's national partner magazine with a picture of me in it!

I am really looking forward to going back to Haysden in future years to watch the trees grow.
