Another one of those items which really shouldn't be on a bucketlist, but is because I'm a huge wuss! I'm 25 years old, faily confident and yet I've never been able to bring myself to jump on one of those rollarcoasters which love to spin you upside down! To put things into perspective, the biggest ride I've done until this was Thunder-Mountain which, although is still pretty fun, isn't quite Stealth or Saw! And to be honest, that chugged along and I've been quite content to grab an ice cool cola while my friends risked their lives on those rides. Sure, it can be a little tedious on occasion when your friends are cueing for 45 minutes and you're stuck on your lonesome, but a nervous dude gets used to that and resorts to people watching, making up their jobs and personalities. It's quite fun actually! Anyway, I've never considered myself to be one of those who falls for marketing but the advert for the new Swarm ride really perked my attention. Epic music, epic theme... It was just calling my name! Not long after, a group of work colleagues decided on a day out and I initialy turned it down, in fear that I'd revert back to my wuss side. After sleeping on it, I figured I'd give it a go. What did I have to lose?So there I was... in the cue for Swarm, but not as nervous as I expected. Sure, that'll come later when I get on the ride, right? Turns out I was just a big baby, as the ride was FREAKING AWESOME and I loved it. This lead me to try all of the other rides, including the bad-ass Saw and here I am, writing to you alive and with a new sense of thrill-seeking.It's nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be. Don't make my mistake!
