I am reasonably proficient in the day to day but would love to expand my repertoire (especially if I could get my family to be a bit more receptive) :). I would love to take a cooking school vacation. I get the Julie/Julia thing totally and read and collect cookbooks for fun. Maybe I will start with a one-night class somewhere local.
