Midsummer is a pretty big thing in Sweden so when it came up me and a bunch of friends went to a small island outside of Sweden for camping and celebration. Since we were camping we naturally had a bonfire and wanted to toast marshmallows. The problem before had been that I am vegetarian and couldn't find a vegetarian alternative, but this time a friend of mine had managed to find vegetarian marshmallows so we all toasted them and it was absolutely perfect!
