I've ridden a tour through the Dolomite mountains. Due to bad weather (lots of rainy days) it wasn't as great as it could be. The Dolomites are more steep than the Alps, which wasn't in my advantage as well. But the views in the mountains are stunning! Better than I'd ever imagined. And the Italians are quite friendly, interested and helpful.
