Practiced mindfulness and now I have enough focus to sit there and meditate. I practice 7 chakra meditation. This guide makes it simpler but research should be done at each level. There are colors, symbols, scents, strengths, weaknesses, associated scents, etc. that go with each chakra so this guide is very basic but still simplifies it.
