This goal has been on my bucket list for awhile, even though it seems fairly easy to complete: spend a night sleeping outside without using something for shelter, such as a tent. Just you and the stars.
My friends and I completed this goal in Pamplona, Spain during the 2014 San Fermin festival. My friend Mark and I rolled into town with 2 train tickets and a backpack, nothing more. The parks of Pamplona were to be our accommodation during the festival, which seemed pretty legitimate since the festival is an all-night party. The second night, after being awake for over 35 straights hours, I finally crashed on a park bench for a few hours. I woke up nearly frozen, seeing as Pamplona is a little town in the mountains where night time temperatures can drop to around 40 degrees F in July, but I survived the night in the park and woke up somewhat ready for another day of partying.
