The London Colour Run is an annual 5k (multiple locations around the UK) where the only requirements are that you start off wearing white, and, you have fun!
Raising money for the NSPCC (National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children), participants of ages, shapes & sizes don their whitest-whites and run, jog, walk or dance along a road track which rounds one of England’s most famous & iconic stadiums. After each 1k, you’ll find yourself entering a designated ‘Colour Zone’, an area where the friendly stewards get the opportunity to throw powdered paint all over participant runners. By the time you reach the finish line, you’ll closely resemble somebody who’s been vomited on by a rainbow. I had a fantastic day out, met plenty of great people & have memories to last a lifetime. Do it.
