I want to express my love and gratitude to those that shaped me, and consciously appreciate everyday pleasures. Mostly, I want to rewire my brain for resilience, optimism and abundance. Call me selfish. I say it's altruism. 

A day counts if the moment was captured so another can see/hear/touch it e.g. a photo, gratitude letter, journal entry, etc. Why 123 days? It's as easy as 123, and the time until my next birthday (though this doesn't have to be done in an unbroken streak).
