DONE: From the Clanwilliam Wildflower Show, to Namaqua National Park's daisy carpet, to Nieuwoudtville's bulbs and quiver trees, to Postberg's blooms amongst granite cliffs - the road less travelled has never been so beautiful. Namaqualand's spring flowers remain an gift experienced by only the most committed nature travellers, because of the seasonality, long-drives and 4x4-only trails. The drought helped me appreciate the fragility of this environment. With: My parents
