A short walk, but is almost entirely on an incline so a good workout! The rhododendrons are beautiful and the fishing dock has about a 180 degree view of the mountains.  

 I've attended 2019 & 2020 now. It's a really great festival with a wide selection of beers and ciders to try.

 I was 28 when I took my first plane ride. I fainted once the plane reached 35k feet in the air. Not pleasant. But now I know I need dramamine to fly! 

My friends and I went to the Atlanta Comedy Theater and laughed so much! It was a great night.

This was a short hike, but was absolutely stunning.

I've been to the Smoky's several times, and they never disappoint. Always beautiful. And if you are lucky you get to see baby black bears and elk!!!

We ended up hiking over 6 miles to get here, and it was totally worth it!! Plenty of places to play in the water and enjoy the breath taking falls.

Rode the N&W 611 from Greensboro to Roanoke and back. We rode in Chairman's class. The picture is looking out the back window departing Roanoke.

Owl-O-Ween Hot air balloon festival 2016 and a small town festival

It was so peaceful!

 It was fun to have a fish tank for a while. My favorite fish was the gourami, however most of them carry a disease that makes them puff up like a balloon. I couldn't watch my favorite fish die again and again anymore.
