    At great personal risk I saved Nate Plate from drowning in a waterfall. I also almost drowned and I'd say it was more luck than anythng that we our bodies aren't still stuck underneath, but because I jumped in to save him I say it counts!

    It was steep and deep and remote and rugged. I hiked for about 2 hours for a 7 minutes run but worth doing a hundred times again. The bottom of the run followed a river for a half mile. Best run of life
