Mmm... waffles.  It was a bubble tea / waffle place. I got waffles with chocolate ice cream and strawberries (and maple syrup, of course!) It was exactly what I was craving and did not disappoint!

It's so cute! I can't wait to take pics!

It was short and I was really dreading it at first. I did end up making a slight fool of myself since I walked into something when the camera was on me, but I was never meant to be the center of attention (I was just some volunteer).  ...

The lake was beautiful and its color was nothing like I'd ever seen before. People were in red kayaks that cut through the amazing light turquoise. The mountains in the distance still had snow. The deck was crowded with tourists.  The on...

I went kayaking with my class and an unexperienced person had to be paired up with someone who had kayaked before.  My friend and I shared a kayak despite both of us only having canoed before. She made me in charge of steering and let's...

Well I can't really swim so this was kind of daunting for me.  They may not have been carnivorous (they were whale sharks) but that doesn't mean I wasn't filled with a little fear when I accidentally swam too close and felt it's fin slid...

This was so fun! I mean, except for the part where I dismounted on the wrong side and burned the side of my leg on the exhaust pipe, but it was so worth it!

We didn't get floor tickets, but so what? I'm too short to see over everyone anyway. I'm so glad we got to see the band and for them to perform as well as they do in the studio. There's just something so connecting about singing along w...

I needed a change, so I decided to get rid of 8 inches and give them away. I felt like I may as well since it was just going to go in the garbage anyway.

I went with my family on 50% off Tuesdays. Despite the discount, the place was pretty empty. Hitting my brother would have been so much more fun if there were more people playing with us.

The rushing of the water was really loud but because we were in this cave-like labyrinth, all you could really see was the water rushing by through the hole in the rock. When we stepped onto the observation deck, however it was quite a s...

The weather was perfect. The sunlight hit the mist over the falls, creating faint rainbows in the summer air. The rushing of gallons of water over the edge showed the fall's dominance and power over everyone around it.   (Not my pic, bu...

On any other day, I would say it's a little overrated, but there's just something magical about flakes coming down like confetti onto a blanket of white

I love baking. I usually stick to cookies or brownies though. It was a chocolate cake and it was kind of dry. The frosting was way too sweet. But chocolate cake is chocolate cake, so that thing did not go to waste.

At my elementary school, there was this park bench in the grass that always had four or more leafed clovers growing under it. I don't remember if they gave me good luck since I would always find them.
